android 官方的下拉刷新:SwipeRefreshLayout

在listView滑动的时候会有些问题，增加listview的一个监听，如下：

			public void onScroll(AbsListView absListView, int firstVisibleItem,

					swipe_container.setEnabled(true);

					swipe_container.setEnabled(false);
			}
